1. Overview

PETS HAPPY HOME values our B2B partners. To ensure satisfaction and smooth transactions, this policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning or exchanging products purchased from our factory or wholesale channels.

2. Eligibility

  • Products damaged during shipment
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items shipped

Note: Customized, private label, or OEM/ODM products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact our sales team within 7 days of receiving the goods via email: [kevin@petshappyhome.com]
  2. Provide order number, product details, and photos of the issue.
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  4. Approved returns/exchanges must be shipped back within 14 days.

4. Shipping & Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), PETS HAPPY HOME will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Customized/OEM/ODM products are non-refundable unless defective.
