1. Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

Yes. We provide both OEM and ODM services. You can customize the product design, size, color, logo, and packaging according to your brand requirements.

2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For most of our pet products, the MOQ is 100–300 pieces, depending on the item. For customized orders (OEM/ODM), the MOQ may be higher.

3. Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Samples are available upon request. Sample charges will be refunded once your bulk order is confirmed.

4. What is your production lead time?

Standard products: 15–25 days after deposit.

Customized products: 25–40 days, depending on design complexity and quantity.

5. What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C, PayPal (for small sample orders), and Western Union. Typically, 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment.

6. Which shipping methods do you provide?

We offer sea freight, air freight, and express delivery (DHL, UPS, FedEx). Our team will recommend the most cost-effective shipping solution based on your order size and location.

7. Do you have quality control for the products?

Yes. We conduct strict quality inspections during production and before shipment. We also welcome third-party inspection agencies arranged by our clients.

8. Can you provide product certificates?

Yes. We can provide relevant certificates such as EN71, ASTM, CE, or other compliance documents, depending on the product and market requirements.

9. Do you support private label packaging?

Yes. We can design and produce custom packaging with your brand logo to help you build a strong market presence.
